Everyone that has purchased a home from Watts Construction Company signed and received a copy of our home warranty. Attached is a copy of the warranty in case you have misplaced your copy. All Watts Construction Company homes have a one (1) year limited warranty. All appliances as well as other products in the home are covered by the manufacturer. All manufacturer cards should be filled out and sent back to the manufacturer for their records.
