According to a report by Builder Magazine dated December 27, 2010 and one by AARP dated December 22, 2010 the Boomers are coming. The Baby Boomer generation is people who were born between 1946 and 1964. This may be you, a family member, friend or co-worker so you need to take notice. The report states that in the year 2011, approximately 7,000 people will celebrate their 65th birthday every day. This number is incredible and hard to imagine.
Of those future Boomers that took part in a survey, what they felt is most important to them is:
1. Increase their travel
3. Takes classes or learn something new
4. Take better care of self
5. Spend more time with family
6. Make time for hobbies
Based upon this information, you can assume the Boomers housing situation may change. This group seems to lead a very active lifestyle....

2. Developer determines what type of housing to build on the property
3. The design process starts

c. Design the neighborhood ...

Technology is constantly changing and businesses try to keep up. This is a daunting process especially if you are a small business.
We hear so much about mobile devices everyday and which devices we should own. I do not have the latest and greatest, but I am a proud member of the mobile community. I like many others in business have a smart phone. For the most part I like my phone. I still do not know everything this small gadget can do because I am not completely tech savvy. I use the features that are the most important to me on a regular basis such as:
The phone function
The game Solitaire on occasion
Certain apps such as – mortgage calculator & food finder
Search the web
Searching the web on a mobile devise can be difficult....
